Hi, my name is Darby, and I’m the ceramicist behind Salted Stoneware!

Currently based in Salt Lake City, Utah, my work is largely inspired by the beautiful places I've been lucky to call home. From exploring Utah's mountains and deserts to the years I’ve spent living by the ocean- the colors, textures, and landscapes of these places continue to shape and inspire me.

Each piece is crafted by hand, with attention on quality, functionality, and the little details that make each piece unique. I believe pottery should be made to be used and enjoyed every day, and each item is created with care to last for years to come. My hope is that these pieces bring a little extra joy to your everyday routine :)
